We offer a FREE service to landlords looking for new tenants.  We will: 

• Advertise your property on our office rental list and property websites including www.trademe.co.nz & www.realestate.co.nz & www.firstnational.co.nz & www.fnhowick.co.nz  (there may be additional charge for advertising in print media) 
• Show prospective tenants through the property
• Recommend a suitable tenant and facilitate an opportunity for you to meet and approve them if you wish
• Check tenant references and identification and a credit check 
• Complete all the paperwork, including tenancy agreement, for the successful tenant
• Collect the first weeks rent and the bond and send the bond off to the bond centre
• All your money is safely kept in our Trust account
