We recently purchased our new home from Barry Pratt. Our initial interactions with Barry were relaxed, friendly, and positive, and we decided to put in a conditional offer. Barry comprehensively explained both the Agreement for Sale and Purchase paperwork and the processes involved for the agreement to go unconditional. There were a few tricky issues that arose from the building report and LIM, which required some careful negotiation between all parties to resolve! Barry kept the conditional agreement buoyant throughout the resolution process by providing regular communication, help and support.
