It was a pleasure having Wendy work for us on the recent sale of our rental property. At all times we felt she was acting in our best interests with great communication either via email or phone. She showed endless patience having to deal with tenants, rental management agents and other real estate agents to arrange viewing appointments and meetings. She kept in touch on a regular basis with updates, explained and advised along the way and in her absence, made sure we were looked after by another agent from First National. She worked hard to obtain a good sale in this turbulent market and followed up with an email after settlement.
When we sold our property we used several agents and Wendy stood out as one of the most thorough and most helpful. She seemed to go the extra mile, printing real estate pamphlets with beautiful pictures of the house as well as all the info needed for anyone who might be interested in buying the property. Wendy was great and recommended the right option to sell the house to maximise return which was to use the 'Tender' process. She was very postive about the sale from the moment I met her and it all turned out to be true. The option to 'stage' the house was exactly 'spot-on' and this is arristed immensely in the sale.
