Selling a private residence would be one of the most stressful undertakings we have encountered and we would like to thank Wendy Larsen for the professionalism and extensive support received in the sale of our property. Throughout the whole procedure there was never any pressure put on us to purchase a property we weren't interested in. Wendy worked with us to understand the current market conditions and prepared us to confront all the challenges ahead. By this stage we were able to venture out on our own to view likely properties with the knowledge, support was only a phone call away. We are happy to report we found 'the home' we were looking for but none of this would have eventuated without the high quality of service received.
